Having been a loyal member for over 4 years n supported Let’s Fit throughout the pandemic n suddenly found myself left high n dry. Was informed over text msg on the 22/2/2023 that the TW studio closed with zero warning, literally zero, as of 23/2/2023. We are forced to travel extra 20km to the TST studio n the schedule are terrible.
No words, apologies nor respond from the management. Poor business ethics n they are still selling the packages like nothing happened n claimed that the TW supporters has all come to the TST studio, as if we have a choice. God know how much longer the TST studio will last.
The only great asset that they have now are the fantastic trainers, other than that, I have lost all trust with Let’s Fit.
